Yesterday was Skie's last day of school.. The last day of elementary school.. She starts the 7th grade in the fall.. 7th grade.. Wow.. I am having a hard time coming to terms with it.. Yeah, I did get that she was growing up, but as long as she was going to a school that still had a swing set in the back, it was still ok.. But now? 7th grade! That's jr. high!
She will be 13 in 4 months.. An actual teenager.. She will be driving in 3 years.. And going away to college in 5.. My baby will be 18, a legal adult in just 5 years..
This sucks..
This really, really sucks..
